Refund, Return & Service Guarantee Policy

At Repair Originals, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our repairs and offer the following service guarantee to ensure complete peace of mind.

1. 100% Refund Guarantee

If your appliance is not repaired successfully due to our workmanship, repair process, or incorrect diagnosis, Just Repair will refund 100% of the repair charges paid by you.

2. Refrigerator Cooling Guarantee

If, after our repair, all major components are functioning properly but your refrigerator is still not cooling, our technicians will continue working on the appliance at no additional labour charge until the cooling issue is resolved.

If you decide not to continue with our service, we will provide a 100% refund of the repair charges.

3. Compressor Failure After Repair

If the refrigerator compressor stops working after our repair and our inspection confirms that the compressor itself has failed, you may choose either of the following options:

Option 1 – Manufacturer Replacement

You may have the compressor replaced through the manufacturer’s authorized service centre. Once the new compressor is installed, Just Repair will complete the remaining repair work free of labour charges, if required.

Option 2 – Compressor Replacement by Just Repair

You may choose to replace the compressor through Repair Originals, and we will provide a 50% discount on the compressor replacement service/labour charges (subject to applicable terms).

4. If You Choose Not to Replace the Compressor

If the compressor has failed and you do not wish to replace it through either the manufacturer or Repair Originals, we will refund 50% of the original repair charges.

5. Honest Diagnosis

Before beginning any repair, our technicians perform a complete inspection and explain the issue, estimated charges, and repair options. No additional work is carried out without your approval.

6. Warranty

Eligible repairs are covered by a service warranty of up to 1 year, depending on the repair performed and the parts replaced. Warranty terms will be mentioned on your invoice.

7. Refund Processing

Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or bank account within 5–7 business days.

8. Conditions & Exclusions

This guarantee does not apply if the appliance develops a new or unrelated fault, or if damage occurs due to:

• Power fluctuations or electrical surges
• Water damage
• Physical damage or accidental impact
• Improper usage or negligence
• Pest or rodent infestation
• Repairs or modifications performed by any third party after our service
